For over 375 years, we have been brewing Salvator according to a time-honored recipe, refining it further with each passing year: a caramel-colored head, a chestnut-brown beer, combined with a seductive aroma of chocolate—pleasantly intense on the palate. 7.9% ABV – robust · intense · malty

Fantastic food in a beautifully decorated restaurant. The atmosphere is really very Bavarian, and the staff was also very warm and friendly. Everything we had was really delicious and served in large portions. The beer was also - as my friends confirmed - great. I highly recommend it to all lovers of schnitzel, sausage and cheese spaetzle!

One of our favorite places for lunch in downtown Bonn - and honestly hard to beat when it comes to price and quality. Where else do you get a decent lunch for around 9 euros plus a fresh-tapped Bavarian beer? Life can hardly get much better.

I was only there for a beer. They have an alcohol-free beer on tap. The atmosphere is in the Bavarian folk style. However, it was quite cold inside as the air conditioning was blowing cold air directly at the guests - very unpleasant.

Fresh off the train, this was our first stop in Bonn. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, the beer was good and the food delicious.

Great food, great service and an all-around lovely experience. We had the pork knuckle, the spaetzle and the flammkuchen - and everything was delicious. Also, the service was very friendly and helpful. A really lovely experience.

A cool and relaxed place for a glass of beer and maybe something to share. It's on a street where many people pass by, so you can watch people wonderfully. In the distance you can hear a street musician playing. The shade is perfect to hide from the sun.
